How Synergaïa collects, uses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25.
The information we collect
This site collects personal information only when you write to us through the contact form. You then provide us with your name, your email address, the name of your organization if you wish, and the content of your message.
We do not use any advertising tracking tools. The site's fonts are hosted on our own server: your visit therefore sends no data to third-party services.
Why we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your request and to follow up on our exchange. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
Your consent
By submitting the form, you consent to us using this information to respond to you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
Sharing and retention
Your information is never sold, exchanged, or disclosed to third parties. We keep it for a maximum of 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it.
In the event of an incident
If an incident affecting your personal information were to present a serious risk of harm, we would notify you without delay and take the necessary steps to limit its consequences.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, write to us at the address below. We respond to every request within 30 days.

If you believe that the handling of your personal information does not comply with the law, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.
