Waste management expert. A pioneer in Canada in the recycling and recovery of industrial, biomedical, and food organic waste. Charles founded Synergaïa to offer independent analysis to agricultural and municipal project proponents. He notably led a regional recovery project of 200,000 tonnes per year, valued at approximately $500 million, now on hold.
